Veteran Ghanaian broadcaster Kojo Dickson has officially confirmed his resignation from the Angel Broadcasting Network (ABN), bringing an end to months of speculation surrounding his absence from the airwaves.
The respected media personality made the announcement in a video shared on his official TikTok account, revealing that he had parted ways with Angel FM/TV, a media organization owned by renowned businessman Dr. Kwaku Oteng.
According to Kojo Dickson, he had received countless messages and inquiries from listeners, viewers, and followers over the past several weeks asking why he was no longer hosting his programs on the station.
“I have decided to remain silent, waiting for the right time to share the news, and I feel that the time is now,” he stated in the video.
Kojo Dickson, who served as the General Manager of Angel 102.9 FM and Angel Television, disclosed that he had officially resigned from the company and was embarking on a new chapter in his professional journey.
Reflecting on his time with the Angel Broadcasting Network, he expressed heartfelt appreciation to the station’s loyal audience, advertisers, and management for the confidence and support they offered throughout his tenure.
“I am grateful to everyone who supported me during my time at Angel FM/TV. Your encouragement and loyalty meant a great deal to me,” he noted.
